Branding & Website for Autopilot

Global payments generate complexity. Autopilot makes the state of things immediately clear.

Singapore

Autopilot is building payment infrastructure for the age of AI, taking on global payment flows from routing and payouts to fraud prevention and observability.

Rather than visualizing every payment flow individually, we developed a system where different colors signal different messages, allowing Autopilot to communicate behavior instantly.

Purple gradient status card labelled Action required from the Autopilot colour system
Blue gradient status card labelled Opportunity from the Autopilot colour system
Green gradient status card labelled Optimal from the Autopilot colour system

Color paletteThe color progression maps each status to a level of urgency, from critical issue to optimal, creating a consistent hierarchy across insights.

Visual statusColor communicates status directly within the interface, making even dense views like maps readable at a glance without relying on additional text.

The dot pattern is the building block of Autopilot's identity. Through dots and simple color coding, we visualized the product as a system that's always thinking, essentially putting it on autopilot. Ahh, full circle moment.

Global payments are complex and convoluted enough, so we wanted the visual world to do most of the talking. We created icons and messaging that turn lengthy status reports into snappy visual cues.

IconographyReduced, duotone icons extended the status system beyond color, making observability even easier to read at a glance.

When it came to the website, we let the product lead. Product moments, schematics and interactions unfold as you scroll, turning the platform itself into the story we're telling.

Out in the world, we let color take the lead. The palette and its meanings became the message.

The best ideas have a way of feeling obvious in hindsight. For Autopilot, observability became one of them.

Autopilot x Overnice

A partnership that spanned one very full year. We worked with Autopilot across branding, website and product, collaborating closely with their engineering team and helping shape key product decisions along the way.
